Low budget IEM need your opinions

Hi, i need a new IEM, i did my homework and now i want some opinion.

i'm looking for clear sound, i hate the whizz, dunno how to explain, for e.g. in Losing My Religion (REM) ... the disstancesssSSs in your eyesSSsSsS D: ... awfull.

durability is really important for me as i'm a pendular (i'll use them for 2+ hours each day in bus, pretty heavy use i think)

i'm considering Philips SHE3590 (for 12€ blue version) i did some search and they look fine, maybe even better than Sennheiser CX 150 (sold for 20€), isn't it ?

Could i get something better ? my budget is something like 20-25€ (30-35$) but consider that some IEM sold for 30$ in USA are sold for 110€ here (dunno whats wrong with people) i'll buy from amazon.it, so consider its prices.. Thx for help

Monoprice 8320 is a good IEM for that budget. You can also sometimes find the Sony mh1c at Amazon for that price range which is a good IEM too.
