Yup +1. My point (as well as Mython's too). I find it fancy and nice but in real life it can be problematic.

We can't know how it works in practice yet. I would assume that they have addressed that

From the pictures, the volume slider does not stick out at all, it is level with the side of the DAP, so I think if you do not use your finger, it will not accidentaly slide.
