JRiver Media Center Plugins...

Thread Starter

Hoping to learn from other members in this community, plugins they use in their JRiver.

Me, it has been 5 years now i've been using Izotope Ozone in conjunction with Jriver. How about you.

JRiver with Izotope Ozone 5

I have the latest version of Jriver (19?) and wanted to try the Izotope Ozone plug-in with it the other week but it wouldn't accept it, maybe I'm doing it wrong .

Other than that I find Jriver so fully featured that for my needs that Ozone is probably the only plug-in I'd use.

Greetings,

I'm not familiar with Jriver.  Can I cut splice audio files with that?  I may want to remaster some recordings with Ozone 5 and If I could save / edit them it would be a big help.

I will be testing out Ozone 5 as an equalizer in the next few days.  I've been using a Rane DEQ 60i parametric EQ, but if I could do it at the source it would save me some rack space and give me a few more features.  I just equlize the signal to flatten the frequency curve for my cans.  This greatly expands the sound stage . .
