Thread Starter

Things have finalized and the meeting date will be November 23rd of this year.

Location:

Harmon Library

1325 S. 5th Ave

Phoenix, AZ 85007

Time:

9:00a - 4:00p

Meeting Room Guidelines (PLEASE READ) → http://www.phoenixpubliclibrary.org/ServicesForYou/Meeting-Rooms/Pages/Meeting-.aspx

NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED (Water Bottles are an exception)

The meeting room is located right behind the front desk. Just inform the front desk that you need to enter the Main Meeting Room.

Library book carts are available for use, just ask the front desk and they will help you.

I do encourage everyone to bring extra RCA and LOD cables if possible (we had a few who needed some last meet) along with Power Strips. Once again, we will be meeting in the main Meeting Room; I hope to see everyone there. Please use this thread to post what it is you will be bringing.

Cheers!

It is a great pleasure to have been running these meets for the past few years. With each meet, I have been able to meet some of the greatest people along with hearing some amazing audio equipment. I could only ask that you enjoy the event as it happens and continue to join us in the meets to follow. :)

Cheers!

Are you going to bring you work gear? I've always wanted to hear a Woo Audio amp. :)

Yes. I will bring both work and home rigs.

Cool, see you guys there

I will be bringing the usual assortment of gear, plus possibly a few other things:
Pioneer SX-780 vintage receiver
My own modded Fostex T50RP headphones
Martin Logan Mikros 70 IEMs
A Sony CD player of which I do not remember the name, but it sounds pretty decent.

Also, I may possibly bring:
Pro-Ject debut carbon turntable (with record puck)
ClearAudio Nano phono preamp
There is, of course, a slight possibility of more stuff as well. However this is slim.

I'll be bringing the following things:

General stuff:

Nametags

A case of water

A couple boxes of tissues

Audio related:

Extra interconnects (RCA and balanced)

Extra power cords

Can anyone think of anything else we might need?

I'm not sure myself. There hasn't been one in the previous meets, but since this is a new location it could be different.
