Source will also come into play here, from listening the Sansa players actually do a pretty good job of that. Though I've heard better. wink.gif

i think dunu is more mids forward and AX60 had a bit more perceived mids detail (surprising considering it supposedly had audible thd+n around 1khz). like for you - if you turned out ax60 loud enough for the mids - it was too fatiguing (for me in the highs, but also by that point a bit too much bass as well)

anyways - look forward to more good 2Ba+DD hybrids. maybe dunu 1500 or ax90 biggrin.gif

maybe um3x biggrin.gif

The ss sssh sssshh stutter rap UM3X.

In other news your prayers have already been answered, DN-2000 is only a matter of months away. Rumour is around the end of Feb or March.

Naaaah mate. Buds mate, BUDS.

I'm keen. I feel sheepish for it, but I like the idea of a good sounding earbud.

Er? I didn't think it was out yet. I can't find it anywhere. Googling the product returns a lot of chinese websites, and no results on Ebay that I could find..

Yeah, someone in OZ can take the plunge and tour it around the country, just like Billy with his AX-60 and I did with my UM 3X...

Those links are both for the AX-35.

I was referring to to the Astrotec Lyra.

Thank you though! Much appreciated.
