Need some portables

So I just got the Sennheiser HD 558 and they obviously aren't very portable. The basic things I want in these headphones are:

•Closed-back
•Around the ear
•Foldable
•Under $50
•Comfortable
•Noise cancelling, no sound in and no sound out

The sound quality is not extremely important because I already have the 558s and get all the quality I need from there

Thanks

I can't stand on-ear headphones. No matter how high quality the pads are, they always feel uncomfortable to me

That's a lot to ask for under $50

There's the new JVC HA-S660. Although I'm not entirely sure those are overears. They are supposed to be, but the cups look a little small in the pics. Some shipped to me today, so I'll find out before long.

There's some refurb Koss DJ100's for that price on Amazon.

I guess they don't need to be foldable, I just want some basic portable headphones, with comfort, being closed and around the ear is the most important
