Oh no! I just knew about this and unfortunately, wifey and I are doing something this Saturday :(

Well at least I've joined the group now so I can definitely be updated for the next meet.

Hope to try the H-200 so I can compare with the DN-1000.

OMY

I just got my Vmoda LP2's back from a friend after him having them over 12 months.

They are truly horrible sounding cans.

I was thinking about getting the m80's for my portable set given the price drops of late due to them being end of run, but the LP2's have put me off :(.

God-damnit.. My Hifiman EF1 just came in. Perfect output stage for the Aune T1..

And I have work all weekend.

A couple of the guys coming have told me that they suspect my Torpedo amp is under-powered for my Mad Dog 3.2 (despite sounding great). I disagree but wouldn't mind 2nd, 3rd, 4th opinions. :)

I will be splashing out on a new DAC soon and with the best DAC I've ever heard being a Modi, I am quite curious to try better ones.

Really wanting to try the Alpha Dogs on Sex C4s on X-Sabre. Might consider buying a SEX amp (with C4s) depending on how much of an improvement it is on the Torpedo for the Mad Dog and the Alpha Dog (which I have on order).

Curious to try a better quality USB cable (I am using some random no-name) and observe the effects.

Generally just want to try other new equipment and setups and have others give their opinion on my trusty Torpedo amp, which seems to get a ridiculously low amount of publicity given its capability.

Forgot to mention I had to send the HM801 to be replaced (the headphone jack was damaged) so it won't be there. :(

It was absolutely awesome! My head is still spinning, was like Christmas for a 5 year old!

Thanks to Loquah and Billy for making it happen. :-)
