Bowers and Wilkins P5 or Sennheiser Momentum for only audiobooks?

I have narrowed down my choice to these two. Reviews have been good for both. However, I will be using them to just listen to audiobooks in a foreign language. So, I need them to be loud. Can you please help me with the decision? I am torn between the two. Both are excellent.

Thanks in advance if you respond.

I bought the Sennheisers. They look a lot higher quality than the P5s, which look like they can be sold in Kmart.

I have just got the Momentums after having the P5s for a few years. The Momentums are a lot better in my opinion, both in terms of sound and isolation.

I do actually think that the P5s have the edge in build quality and style, but all a matter of opinion I suppose.

For music i'd go for the momentum, but the p5 are really pretty comfortable, more so than the momentum.. so if it was purely for audiobooks i would go for the p5. despite the fact they are, by far, the worse headphone.

Although you have made your decision already.

Good luck!

The Sennheisers are very high-quality and comfortable. I do not regret getting them. They are loud enough to hear audiobooks in the wind outside. You can even put them on to block noise. They are that good. I did not try the P5s on, but as soon as I put them in my hands after using the Sennheisers, I thought they were too cheap. The cord is nice and thick on the Sennheisers. The box for storage is nice and strong. It is a great product.

But most important is of cource that you're content witn your choise. Go listen
