I have both and they are sonically indistinguishable..

anyway, wasn't this thread started for LG QB2?

I've heard the MH1C and am probably one of the few who was less than smitten. Have no idea about quality control. I have an MH1 in the mail to arrive tomorrow so we'll see how that goes. If I still don't really care for it, I'll hang onto it till I get these in.

Now the MH1C/MH1 are really absolutely great sounding for the price. But I'd put them behind a bunch of things when you take money out of the equation. A lot of people disagree with me and that's fine. The value proposition is undeniable though. I hope these Quadbeat 2 impress.

I remember reading that they measured slightly different somewhere, primarily in the bass (MH1 and MH1C that is) but I never heard about the QC issues or variances with the MH1C.  I've only got experience with the MH1 myself and I like it.  I should have the QB2 in hand shortly :D Impressions/comparisons to follow!

It's relevant as the are the most direct "competition" that most people will be interested in. Heck if they are even close to the MH1, I'll recommend them unequivocally on the cable difference alone.

That is very true. Very consistent to my findings when listening to Earth Wind and Fire.

That's quite sad, actually. I'm still hoping that they improve in that regard, since I listen to a large amount of fast/busy music and it just feels a bit off right now.

Anyway, it'd be great to see a comparison between this and the Brainwavz Delta, since they seem to be competing in the same price range. Anyone?

I'm currently using the tips that came with the Tpeos D200's... A couple more hours in and I still prefer my GR07's. Any particular song you want me to listen to inks? Ekes Ben Howard song helped highlight what he was hearing on the ASG 2's...

Also, why are tips in the package mismatched? I can include the D200 tips when I ship if you would like.

Also, only play and pause works on my ip4.

Sorry if you're confused. My previous posts still stand and this was just a comparison to mh1. Pls take note that my criticism about body/fullness has been consistent since day one. I just can't pinpoint exactly where it is but I'm getting close: I think, the lack of decay and natural timbre in the upper mids is the culprit. I'll elaborate more on my final review.

Somehow Qb2 mostly reminds me of Sony ex300ap, almost same signature maybe a little more mid-bassy than ex300ap. I'm still burning mine. I will write my final impressions a few days latter.

Hmm. I'm still waiting on my QB2 to get here, but I've got the ex300ap, which is an insane deal when I got it for $8.40 off Ebay shipped free from China. Plus the fact that the Sony includes Sony hybrid tips for that price makes it worth the price even if you just give away the ex300ap.  However, for the $29.80 I paid for the QB2, I certainly hope they are better than the ex300ap.

I've also ordered the new Jlab Epic which I should get around the same time to compare. I know people don't care for Jlab due to their mainstream sound focus, but IMO, Jlab made junk before the J4, then the J4 was well built but bloated due to massive midbass. Then J5 was a good improvement without the bloat, then J6 was/is great after 50 hours burn-in. It is my budget standard since I only buy IEMs with mic and compatible with jogging. I might have tried the MH1/MH1C instead of the QB2, except for reports that it didn't fit securely in the ear for jogging.

Exhibit A
That right there, my friend, feels like failure. Confused or not, I feel that should have been better explain, more context given, greater detail written.

Ontop of that, there are days I rather watch anime then post or keep testing the phones. U saying "hard work" therefore has ME2 saying, "yeah, I don't think so".

ME2: He said "na, hunter x hunter has a new episode" when I reminded him to get back on the bench... prick.

Resources?... well I did put down $650 for this little fiasco but then again... I was offered a demo pair by Andy.

ME2:

I did ship them out twice to others tho so I guess that's a pat on the back?

I would like to add more to the thread after G'man posted with my new pair but I really feel the tour members got this. I get how some people tell me to post anyhow but when I don't feel confident in my own impressions, I think it's time to cut the noise so the signal is unhampered. What am I doing here then u might ask....

I like inks? *no homo ...maybe

I wish him and eke would be coolz but what can I do? I'll provably make it worse if I try something.... Inks impression didn't get added to the first post for example. Failure.

BTW mate, u still rocking them AKG K518 LE greenz?

FYI, the reason I didn't respond sooner... work... and crunchyroll. Provably mostly crunchyroll... I think.

P.S. I'm also a bit let down by Dales response to my question on the graph. If you look closer to the beginning of the thread, you'll see I gave him a compliment for comparing his phones against other. Music's response to that post now seems more correct after all.... maybe.

Music! Come back to us!!! I still have hug locked and ready \(-_-)/

^ LoL no need to beat yourself up like that meng. You're a good dood and thanks to your efforts i was able to get different perspective on those iems, so you done more than good!!! So thanks for that. :beerchug:

Tried to give those AKGs a try but they were too uncomfortable and they didn't sound that good. haha So i traded them away along with my S500s and S400s for a set of used ATH ES7s.

So thanks again, those AKGs were used and abused REAL GUD!!! HE HE HE

Anywho back to the QB2s, keep those impressions coming cuz i value your take on the quite a lot tbh, since you have had a ton of experience with the gr07s. :)

Oh and don't be too concerned about posting your impressions cuz of your supposed "inexperience" cuz that sure as hell haven't stopped my noob as from posting all over the place. haha

Prime example is the new VSonic VSD1 Limited Editions.

Maybe you wanna send those ASG 2 over to my noob @ss to give them a spin cuz you know my write-up on them is gonna be amazing. :veryevil:
