Shure E4Cs dying, need new IEM recommendations. (EDM + Metal)

My Shure E4Cs have some static now and i've had them for a few years now.  I don't remember how much my E4Cs were but i'd rather not spend as much on them again.

I also own a pair of DT770 pros that I use for gaming and general web surfing.

What I want out of a new pair of IEMs is good sound isolation and bass for mainly EDM songs and power metal.

My music sources are mainly 320bit.

Throw out some suggestion guys!

What's your budget?

under 300 I guess.

I've been doing some research lately and from what i've found out, the e4c were "v shaped" which isn't suited to EDM and metal I assume.

I've been looking at the shure 315s but ya have any other recommendations let me know.  Sound isolation is pretty big for me.

I believe a V shaped signature would suit EDM music. Anyway have a look at this thread:

If I had $300 to spent, I'll be looking at Heir Audio 3.Ai or something even higher.:o

Premium products tend to last longer than cheap ones for me.  I think it's worth the investment :P

thanks for the help.

Besides a v shaped sound profile, what other kind of profiles are there?  That's the only one that seems to constantly pop up on the forums.

flat line response, bass heavy sound profile are some I can sonically identify. There are more.
