Replacing the ear pads on a set of Monitor 10s

Hello all,

I recently gave in and bought myself a pair of Pioneer Monitor 10s off ebay. I have to say that I let them sit a few days after arriving but when I finally tried them out, first on some music and then with some audio mixing at work, I fell in love with them vs. the Sony set I had been using. While my ear pads aren't falling apart when I look at them wrong I think they have seen better days. I've been looking over forums for a while and have seen some suggestions on replacements but no one ever seems to confirm if another models ear pads work or not. Additionally I was hoping someone might be able to share a step for step guide on removing the pads and replacing them since I would hate to do anything to damage these headphones.

Thanks in advance...
