Computer or Small Room Setup under 100$

I'm looking to purchase a pair of computer monitors or speakers for myself. I am a heavy hip-hop music listener so it needs to be able to give out a pretty decent bass. I am currently on a really low budged. 100$ is the highest I'll go but I prefer much less. I understand I cannot get much at that price point but what would be my best option. I just want to be able to bump music pretty loud in my room and make it sound pretty decent. It also can be just some bluetooth or wireless speakers that'' sit in my room. Doesn't have to be connected to the computer.

I have a Logitech Z623 system that I use to jam to dubstep. All brand bias aside, it might be worth looking into. I think you could pick it up on Amazon for under 100. It has one of the largest subs I've seen on computer speakers. If this doesn't sound good, Klipsch also has good budget systems.
