C421 (AD8620) vs. Sony PHA-1

Thread Starter

I'm using iPod Classic Gen 5 and more than 95% of the music files are in loseless.

I already have C421 with HE-300 and UE900. I'm thinking to change to PHA-1 but no idea if it's worth or not (as the price of PHA-1 went down to be around 280 USD).

Anyone who tested both of them kindly share your opinions.

Thank you!

The PHA-1 is a great MFI DAC with very clean sound that can also be used for the PC/MAC, so for $280 it is a good deal consider it is only $40 more than my reference AudioQuest DragonFly.
