Looking for closed headphones under $150, for recording and ampless music listening

Looking for a pair of over ear headphones...I would like to buy a pair that

- Leaks very little sound so recording with a microphone is possible

- Has a warm/natural sound for music listening, if Talk Talk's "Laughing Stock" and Oneohtrix Point Never's new record both sound good on the headphone then I'll be very happy

- Has at least some soundstage

- Does not require an amp

- Comfortable

- Sound better than my burnt out Quietcomfort 2's

- $150 or (preferably a lot) less

Thanks!

The Soundmagic HP100 and Audio Technica M50 seem to be ideal candidates for your needs. Here is a review for the HP100

and one for the M50

US HM5 clones, More neutral but slightly warm...

Look at the package it comes with as well...$50 in pads alone!!
