Using a different company cable with the V-moda M-100?

I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and wondering would the cable they sell for the Soul By Ludacris headphones work with the M-100? The cable has controls to use for Samsung phones for like volume and stuff which the V-moda cables don't.

In theory, yes.  I'm not sure if the V-Moda's have any sort of locking mechanism on their headphone cables (I've never seen a pair to know for sure), but as long as it has a standard 3.5mm jack for the removable cable then it should work.

Unfortunately V-moda only offer the 1 button speak cable, they have committed a sin. I guess the only way to find out is to try for yourself.
