Looking for a Good Cheap Amp

I am looking for a good amp that is below $100 and preferably below $50 if possible and I would be using this with my Samsung galaxy s4 ( AT&T variant) and wondering what a good amp would be to use with my V-moda M-100? I Typically listen to Hip-hop, errr Whatever Green Day is , Some pop , and Stuff like David Guetta amongst other music.

I noticed that on Amazon but it was around 60. Now the question is how much better would it sound the M-100?

Never listened to a Samson Galaxy S4, so not sure how much the E11 would help?

But I can't think of anything better, right this second.

How much in General would it improve the M-100 ? Would it be worth paying around 60 for it? based off your experience
