Preliminary impressions of the Kaiser 10 after a week:
The Kaiser 10s have a balanced, not neutral, but warm presentation. Highs are slightly more laid back than the JH13 FP, Mids are forward, while Bass is very prominent (I don't have a Noble 8C or an Heir 8.A to compare the bass to, so I can't compare those two). Vocals are warm and lush, I'd like to call the presentation "smooth", like the music just rolls down the IEM's (metaphorical) tongue. It does particularly well with Rock and Metal music, though that doesn't mean it won't do well with other types.
Kaiser 10s have a slightly wider soundstage than the JH13.
Very Resolving. Easy to distinguish different instruments, Clarity is top notch, but I still put the NT6-Pro above the Kaiser 10s in terms of Clarity.
I'd say the Kaiser 10s are a great "everything" CIEM. Definitely worth it. If you're looking for a CIEM that will go with any kind of music, get a Kaiser 10.
