We probably should move away from this topic.

Yeah, we probably should. If Noble does offer a sale, I'm sure they'll have their reasons for doing so.

Yeah how about some music instead? Post what you're listening to recently. I'll start:

I see this on the Noble website:

The Kaiser 10 (K10) is a design that was first conceptualized several years ago.  Wizard and Kaiser Soze recently reverted back to the original design and used the knowledge they gained over the years to build upon it. Out of honor and recognition for Kaiser Soze’s dedication, support, and leadership, Noble’s flagship item bares the name, “Kaiser 10.”

This is a story that I would love to read! Anyone know where I can find it?

That's brilliant, John! Is there an album of his / there's you'd recommend?

As for other music, I'm looking to forward to listening to one of my favourite Aussie artists when my K10s arrive:

Just curious for those here, if money is not an issue and you are to buy 3 ciem, each with a specific role (reference, bass and all rounder), what will be the ciems chosen?

I haven't heard a lot, but here's what I would choose -

Bass: JH16 Pro (FP)

All-Rounder: Kaiser 10

I haven't heard anything that can be labelled as a reference monitor. The closest would probably be a JH13 Pro (FP), or a Unique Melody Miracle? Of these 2, I'd take the JH13 in a heartbeat.

Chapter 26, of my book "The rise of Noble" (a fictional autobiography of redneck from Texas)

The floor plan of the K10 was designed about 4-5 years ago, while I was working at a hearing aid company in Thailand.

Reference: Ultimate Ears In-Ear Reference Monitor.

Bass: Shure SE846 (Very good quality with controlled quantity) and Tralucent Audio Reference 1 (Weighty and full-bodied).

All-Around: Noble Audio Kaiser 10.

Customize Your Perceived FR:

Lower Cost: Shure SE846 (3 interchangeable filters that change FR +/- 2.5db for up to 5db change [black to white filters]) - also, adding the SCS elevates fit, seal, isolation and perceived SQ.

Higher Cost: Ultimate Ears Personal Reference Monitors  (You can personalize/dial in perceived FR using their "Personal Reference Tuning Box").

Thanks, this is really interesting. Why didn't it make it to become the 8A flagship then? Sounds like it'd already been conceptualised by then...

Bass : JH16FP / 1964 V8

All Rounder : K10

Have yet to hear the 1964 V8 or the JH13FP. I hear that they're pretty good. Might need to remedy that soon.

Yes, I too agree the topic is not something to discuss in a forum. I do apologize for getting into it in the first place.
