Overall the responses sometimes vague as to the status, but overall just OK on communication for me.

I'm finding Noble's idea of what a 'business day' is very interesting. Certainly doesn't appear to be your typical monday-friday work days. Given times should be adjusted according to workload. If you can't provide something in 6-8 business days on a 'rush order' than don't advertise it as 6-8 days?

I don't think he was talking about days...

You're right. Good thing I didn't say he was. I was merely pointing out my own experience and how I seem to have the same impression as he has had over the ambiguity regarding order status.

Well as long as we're talking ambiguous order status... *ahem* JH *ahem*

But anyway back to the topic... My Kaiser 10s have become much much more amazing with the Estron Linums. Much of everything just pops.

Has anyone purchased the Noble 5C with the switch option? The recent Inner Fidelity review was very interesting, but I was interested in hearing other impressions.  Am I correct that the 5C has a v-shaped signature with the mids slightly recessed?

What I understood is that it has L shaped signature, big bass and laid back mids and treble.

There's just a teeny tiny bump in midbass but otherwise it keeps everything I love with the K10. This is coming from a 300 USD cable as well tongue.gif

OK, still sounds promising then, will enjoy mine for a while as they are before I go tweaking further i think :D

That's a home made balanced version I presume? as I can only see this one -> http://www.linum.dk/linum-2pin/

They need to get a black version too, to match my colour scheme :D

Thanks that's a big help as I like a little boost in the treble region.

Well, as I said that's what I understood bu I might be wrong. Try to contact project86 directly to see whether he puts the product in generally V shaped monitors or with big bass and the relaxed/polite midrange and treble.

I see, now that sounds promising and more within my time frame to try.

I will drop them an email and see if they will give me any details.

Thanks for that

Too epic to be handwritten. The CIEM might melt from the awesomeness

Planning to send these impressions in for a set of K10s. Do you think they're alright?
