Clearly you don't have the right source material and equipment necessary to tell the difference.

Also you need to make sure you burn your shirt in for at least 800 hours before you wear it.

More like 800 cycles in the wash machine until the surface is nice and fuzzy.

Even those need to be replaced over time, they also wear out.

Don't forget the N6. And the ZX1.

Are there any other shows like this, perhaps closer to London? :o

The Heathrow Penta show used to be excellent, and drew many international exhibitors because of it's location directly within the periphery of this international airport, but it was foolishly abandoned.

However, if you want to visit the Bristol show very cheaply, then check out Megabus.

The announcement came a bit too late this time. My attention is now on SQDtech in HK, if they have demos next time I'm there, I'll pay them a visit.

Looks like I don't need to bring my DX100 to try 8C and K10, am I right to say the ZX1's DAC/AMP is bypassed and the Hugo is used as the source/amp?

yes... basically the ZX1, iPad & Laptop serve as file transports... once the music-file reaches the Hugo, the Hugo takes control DAC & amp wise.

think CD-transport> DAC>Amp>Speakers... same principle.
