The discount code is posted on Facebook:)! Apparently, black friday is early this year:)!

Hmm is it just me... or does this only give 15% discount instead of the advertised 20%...

Noticed that too. I was about to make the claim to my significant other to pick these up but its only giving me 15% off.

My jh rep emailed me yesterday to confirm the platinum flying girl logo on the carbin fiber Roxanne's . So my advice is ask or request in your purchase as there must be options to pick.

Good luck

Anyone has an idea how much would the price be for the universal version of Roxanne?

I'm guessing it should be cheaper than the custom. However, the 20% discount is quite tempting. If the price difference is not much then I might pull the trigger on the custom at least I have a day to decide :)

The platinum flying logo is standard when you go for the Carbon Option, they told me it is included in this price. You just have to add it in the comment section when you order.

Furthermore, the discount does not include the universal Roxanne... prices over here are 300 euro less than the custom version.

Just waiting for them to fix the discount code... Tomorrow is my appointment with the auth. dealer, so I am ordering tomorrow!

Does anyone know if the discount will be bumped to 20% tomorrow?

I do think so... would be strange if they wouldn't... On Facebook there are already a couple of people complaining about this so I think that it will be sorted out as soon as they read all the comments on FB.

Everything JH have said has stated a 20% discount (including their Facebook cover photo, numerous Facebook posts & customer correspondence). I'm pretty sure they'll have to get it sorted soon to the right amount.

Interesting.  Thanks Jonathan.

Well, at least I can confirm that the code applies to the CF option as well - but yeah, 15% right now for me as well.

If correct, they just fixed it:)

They responded on FB. Happy ordering everyone:)!

I'm getting %15 as well. I'm actually thinking of not going for these. I've heard so many horror stories regarding customer support. The website is clunky, it can't even calculate shipping charges. Only 1 year warranty on an almost $2K IEM? /end rant.

Anyway, I do have a couple of questions. Is the carbon fiber option only for looks? And are there any taxes in California? Its not adding any to the order, but I thought online purchases were now taxed here. Thanks.

As far as I have heard/read is that the carbon is mainly for the look... maybe also for the weight but not too noticeable... Looks cool to me though:)

Are other CIEM manufacturers offering a different kind of warranty then? I am buying them at my local dealer in the Netherlands where the Dutch regulations are in order. This states that everything being sold in Holland is under the standard 2-year warranty whatever the product may be:)

Here's what I'm getting.

PAYMENT METHOD

Select a payment method from the following options.
Order total preview:
Subtotal: $1,799.00
Coupon: GIFTS: -$269.85
Order total: $1,529.15
Payment method: *
 Check or money order

Thanks! The carbon fiber does look good, but I'd rather save the $200 myself. I'm all about sound as long as it looks decent. Take out the carbon fiber and it comes to a few bucks over $1,300 with shipping. ($25 ground, Jerry nails you there a bit too). Still on the fence, myself, but if you're ever going to buy these, today or tomorrow would be the time.
