I expressed my frustration mildly here whilst waiting but throughout the period I didn't attempt to use this forum to pressure them to ship faster or incessantly writing them rude emails to demand a fixed delivery promise just because I have paid in advance.
When I made enquiry through the place I ordered, the communications are always polite and I made it clear it wasn't an attempt to pressure but just hoping it could be shipped faster.
I understand in this consumer centric society, consumer is king and JHA has bitten on more than they could chew by accepting too much orders. I understand they are not big enough to have an efficient and professional customer service department but I suspect they are so busy fulfilling orders they are at the end of their wits to handle complains well.
There is no excuse for the bad experience of a few valid complainants here and it is obvious that JHA has messed up in mishandling a small minority of their customers. The anger expressed here is justified to some extend but I would personally be more forgiving.
As a satisfied Roxanne user (who had waited long for delivery) I chose to enjoy my hobby a bit more, knowing how bad the waiting could be and move on. I love to hear more about how good or how bad the Roxanne sounds in this thread. Perhaps there should be a new thread on how messy and unprofessional JHA customer service is.
