Sorry for lack of explanation, it had nothing to do with any negative response to your comments! I started writing one of those growing number of posts saying "JH hasn't done this" and "they should have done that", and I guess I realized that I was beating a dead horse and purely speculating about the kind of issues JH is dealing with. There are enough disappointed buyers at this point that I guess I just didn't want to add more fuel to the fire. JH's business process is kind of a mystery right now, and will probably remain so. So I am just hopeful they catch up and leave customers ultimately happy with a very good product. Again, sorry, I should have removed your quote from the post.
