No! That was tongue in cheek.

I would call if I thought that it would make a jot of difference... but it won't. I suspect the conversation that would be had would play out as above.

The only reason for calling I figure, is if you are trying for a cancellation or a change to acrylic, otherwise, I suspect you will be given a luke warm fob off.

Go talk to your bank and/or credit card company and get the transaction reversed. State that you tried to resolve the issue through the company's customer service and gave them a week to respond, which they did not. If they try and tell you to resolve it with the company insist that you have tried and that you cannot achieve a useful communication with the company.

Oh haha! But you are right. I think the same is just going to happen. I don't really mind waiting longer, the BF discount alone was worth it. Longer like in 1 more month? Any more than that is unacceptable IMO...

Well... I think you can expect a longer wait than 1 month... ALRAINBOW ordered way before BF in Oct. if I am right... Still no sign of his CF Roxxies....

 

I don't mind the longer wait, I mind their responses and lack of information to their customers...

Mine is acrylic actually. If it's true that they are processed based on impressions received date, then JH should have finished processing the 2nd Dec impressions. Mine was received on the 6th. Four days can mean a hundred receipts or even more? Going by 7 customs per day, that's 15 days before they start working on mine... But this is all speculation :(

Haven't even bothered getting an order number.

Last time I deal with JHA for sure. They do not respect their customers.

When I talked to Corbyn a month ago she said Jh Audio produced around 22-24 ciems per business day. So like 500'ish per month. Of course that only really matters if you're in the acrylic queue.

Also those PO #s don't necessarily mean iems... Many of those numbers could be accessory or other types of orders.

You are just the exception. My order was placed on 30Nov for Acrylic Roxanne. They received the impressions on 05Dec. I sent my first follow up email on the 27Jan I got a vague reply about shipping basically saying no ETA and asked me to check again after a couple of weeks..

 

Then someone mentioned the CF case was holding the delivery for Acrylic Roxanne so on 29th May I sent a mail to Angie to check if this is true and if they can just sent it immediately with the round case. I didn't get a reply until the following week when I sent another email complaining about the delay/lack of updates and if I can cancel my order if they can't provide an ETA.

 

They finally shipped mine with the round case on 7th Feb and delivered to my address on the 10thFeb. I was on a trip that week so I got to try it on the 16th.

 

Although I'm enjoying Roxanne now, still disappointed with the experience.

Certainly looks like that FIFO system not really working out that well... :/
