Amazing. We're all already certain the stock cable won't do the CIEM it's designed for justice?

Plus the stock cable has the bass tuning thingy...so aftermarket cables will need it too...
Well I suspected so long ago since Moon and JH are partners. I don't see why Jerry wouldn't share the connector source to Drew.
Yeah... now.. how to get the connector. It definitely can be make but the problem is the cost.
Cost has never been a problem for after market cable makers. I had a hard time finding something I like better than stock on the 13 so I also think this cable talk is premature and this cable may be better than standard offerings anyway. Besides that, the cable looks to have four wires all the way down to the plug and not just up from the bass control. Should help with a bit of reactive noise by starring the connections at source. There's a decent amount of resistance in IEM cables so drivers can affect each other when paralleled on the same cable. Bass drivers have most back EMF.
I disagree with the post above mine and clearly preferred the stock cable to an expensive silver/gold on my jh13. I've heard differences with every cable I've tried, about 8, but didn't think the vast majority were better than stock. Have you actually tried those cables or just looking at it theoretically?
Maybe we should just get back to the product, one that was voiced with the stock cable. Jerry is competent so finding something better shouldn't be as easy as some think.
To be provided to top 16 'x-factor' contestants:
''Jerry Harvey Audioʼs JH Ambient FR is the worldʼs first ambient custom in-ear monitor with Freqphase technology, bass response with eight drivers per ear with dual quad low-frequency drivers''
So slightly different from the JH16 apparently, as they only have "Double dual low-frequency drivers"
This could be a mistake in the marketing or it could be to combat the ambient noise and still receive some bass response.
We shall find out more anon.
