FC shell for me too. I almost didn't go for it because I wanted color, but then I couldn't decide on the design anyway.

I wanted color in whitegirl, but the i guess it doesn't match the cable.. end up go with FC.

Yep, I was choosing between whiteboy and/or a mix of colors.

Too bad the carbon fiber doesn't come in white.

Shocking that carbon fiber only comes in carbon color eh?

No, but I also prefer "white" gold (bad comparison, but the point still stands)...

I want the look in a different color. tongue.gif

LOL!

Joking aside, there are plenty of glass and aramid fibre options, so I'm surprised no one ever offers these if they are already offering carbon. Glass fibre may not be as trendy as carbon but it looks pleasantly opalescent, provided the resin/acrylic is crystal clear.

Maybe bad to source, or hard to work with.

Remind me what "FC" is again?

Don't count me in for full carbon shell.

This logic is essentially saying you wouldn't get an Audi R8 because it's not as good as its Lamborghini counterpart, so you'd rather get a Honda. Uhh...

Full carbon (fiber).

I DO not believe anyone can make ball cables, or any cables for the Roxanne. How can you when the crossover is in the cable. There will be no upgrade unless jerry Harvey sells them himself. Just a thought.

I would not put it past any cable company to make an alternative cable for the Roxanne. It 'seems to me' that there may only be two pots in the cable. Once the range of them is known, they could be built into anyone's silver/ unobtanium cable as long as the connector is available. I remember the hunt on the HD800 connector when that came out.

The delay on aftermarket cables I believe would be the 4 way connector.

Regards

Sceptre (wondering when his next trip to the states might be to pick up some Roxannes!)

Moon Audio had confirmed that they can make the cable. So i believe the rest can do as well.
