their quality check are really the worst

i doubt they even had a quality check

from the cables to the acrylic color to the CF casing

unless the person is blind, how can he miss the holes on stvc's casing and the custom color...

Thanks. I don't want to give up on them, just don't want to wait for several months.

I'm not canceling. I loved the Roxanne. I wish the current situation was being handled differently but I'm in it for the long haul.

Someday I'll be laughing at all this and saying, remember when.....

I'm trying to put my attention and energy into finding the perfect DAP.

Almost... if it had a MicroSD slot for expansion or if it has  at least 256 Gb on board.

I can't live with NON expandable 128 Gb.  I have +300 Gb of Hires files !    Let's hope for the ... ZX2  :-)

I can live with 128GB and keep the rest on 3T external hard drive.

Its been like 4 days since I received my Roxanne, and I'm happy to report that the nuts are not broken, even by the cold Canadian winter here. The "knots" of the cable, however, is kind of "lose", but its not a big problem. It does not freeze and become hard when I walk in -15 celsius environment. The fit is ok, my ears are still adapting to these huge things, and they stick outside of my ears quite a bit.

Sonic wise these are truly fantastic, definitely a huge step up from my UE900 in all aspects. I am extremely happy with my first purchase with JH Audio and I look forward to their new models :) I will try to come up with some detailed reviews when I have enough listening time with my Roxanne :)

Really like them, detailed and large stage for an IEM, I vary the bass but it usually stays at around 2pm setting, do not find it to be too much bass at all.

Another locking nut broken ... And no, I did not use a Pipe Wrench.  I did not even tighten the locking nuts !

Also, my CF box looks like crap also (like the one posted here).  I will try to take some pictures and post my CF box ...

Will try to send yet another email the JHAudio and let's hope their customer services decide to answer this time.   :(
