Indeed interesting. According to MF "You can hear the artist’s creation as it was intended to be".

No need to be modest .... :)

Those pads look very slim and nice.

Never heard of music fidelity though, maybe cos I really don't follow iem's.

Musical Fidelity is very well known in Europe for hifi equipment (amplifiers) and headphone amps. But less known for headphones or iems.

I'm not sure, musical fidelity have made a decent name for themselves in the headphone arena with the eb50. Be interesting to find out what these £119 headphones are like.

They are a top notch British high end hi fi manufacturer who have built some legendary products over the years. (I am a fanboy:))
Their recent IEM's were none to shabby. BTW. These are on ear headphones.

Nice. MF makes top-notch stuff.

Wich classic headphone maker could be behind the MF?

These cans looks so similar than AKG's K1540-41 models..

Here's my one word review. Awful.

I will try and give mine a listen tonight and post some initial impressions. Had to order from the UK.

Keeping in mind that these retail for  £129 (about $160).....some initial impressions

Very focused on the midrange, lightning fast transient snap, very dynamic, clean and open top, solid but not overdone bottom. Sounds much like live music, with the excitement of same. Nice sense of openness and space. Kind of remind me of those small Totem loudspeakers.

Don't ask me how they compare to this or that headphone because they don't. Closest possible comparison would be the Martin Logan Mikros 90.

Glad you find aspects to like. I only had a brief listen. Disliked the top end. Scratchy. Build quality of £30 headphones. Clamping pressure that gave an instant headache.
