I ordered a o2/ODAC combo and it is RCA not USB .Not in yet. What cables should I be using to connect directly to my PC, and AUX or Coxial what will I need? Also with my setup will this create any noticeable latency? Will be my first DAC not really sure what the best setup for one is.

It should have a USB in for the dac, as RCA is Analog, you can't feed a DAC an analog signal. Who did you order it from btw? and my oDac is also RCA out put, so the O2 combo ur getting might have an opitional line out from the just the dac as Rca. But it should have a USB in

Check with your seller as it should have usb in.

You are correct, it is USB in. Will RCA out's or Aux cables be universal for hookup with a speaker out? As headphones are secondary for my setup.

You can run RCA's into a Pre or Headphone amp, so get an amp with Speaker Taps like the Emotiva Mini X

Cables that are RCA (red/white) to RCA (red/white), 3.5mm (1/8") stereo to 3.5mm (1/8") stereo or RCA (red/white) to 3.5mm (1/8") stereo, will carry the same 2-channel analog audio signal.

These connections will carry different labels, line-out, line-in, Aux, etc. but will pass the same 2-channel analog audio signal.
