I know it's not separation, but please do share your thoughts.

I'll get to hear the first pair in Australia soon (they're not mine though) so I may well have extreme withdrawals following that audition. I may be calling on your help when that day comes, peeps!!

I've been separated from many of my rigs...

Schiit Modi-Left home

Sennheiser HD598-Left home

Sony V6 Modded-Left home

T-PEOS B-200-Left home

Shure SRH940-Lent to thegunner100

But I still have my main rig!

AK100-UHA-6S.MKII-UERM

I'm left with no full size hp now. Maybe I'll find one soon.

Ouch - sorry to hear!! I hope you can ease your pain with a full-size purchase soon!

Any particular options on the radar?

Nah. I don't have so much money right now. I'm looking for romantic sounding phones under $250 though. That is rich bass, thick mids, and silky smooth treble. Any suggestions? BTW, I'm getting my SRH940 back in a few weeks though.

Hey all,

I am currently awaiting the status of an incident report with VLine (public transport in Australia) at the moment.

Their bus leaked coolant all over my bag, so as it stands

iMod 4g

PortaTube

Vmod LP2's

Work Laptop

Work BlackBerry

are all toast.

Just glad I had my MadDogs and AK100 on me at the time rather than in my bag.

Had a heap of cables incl a Chord Company RCA-Mini cable etc as well, but hopefully that will clean up ok.

Glad I have my Mad Dogs and AK but it just wont be the same ampless.

I lost a few other incidentals as well, but nothing that I cant live without.

Scott

I don't remember their price, but this sounds like the SRH840s to me.

Wyd4, we're here for you to share your pain!

Hmm. I was looking for something that might be more colored than SRH840. SRH840 is pretty close to neutral, and they lack quite a bit when compared to SRH940. Although it's not a full size, has anyone heard ESW9A? AT's woodies are sounding very interesting.
