Really Simple LED Question

Well, I have an amp, the Teisted Pear Ventus EZ, with their LowCurrent BiPolar Supply. And a 15Va transformer. Sounds great, and casework is almost done, but I totally am clueless as to how to add a power indicator LeD.

Which LED should I buy with a decent housing? What resistors do I need? Where does the resistor go in the chain? Thanks guys!

Here's how you wire the LED:-

This will give you ~10mA through the LED, the Ventus is designed to run on +/- 15V.

Here's 100 red LEDs for $3.79 free shipping from Thailand, good for 20mA, so will last forever with 10mA and not be too bright:-

Look for a rubber or metal grommet with a 5mm hole...
