I just got these Phillips HS900's off buy.com. They sound real nice but they are built poorly. They broke after a week simply by dropping them on the floor. I cant figure out of/how I can get these replaced under warranty. Neither buy.com nor Phillips has any readily available helpful information. Does anyone have an idea as to a path I might take to try to get these replaced? Thanks alot!
