I met Ray Samuels today. He is the nicest guy. He never met me and treated me like his neighbor. He let me try some of his headphones and try different cables with the es5. He noticed I am using single ended and I told him I am going to have a balanced cable made. He then said If I have a balanced source I should be enjoying the amp with balanced headphones so take the balanced cable and return it when mine comes in. Total generosity to a complete stranger. The man has class and I am greatfull to have had the pleasure of meeting him.

Now I have everything the task of getting the CLAS to work with the S4 has begun. Using usb audio recorder pro it shows that they are connected in 2ch but audio recorder pro will not find the wav files I have stored on the sd card. When using n7 or neutron I can hear the music faintly. Probably going to have to ask on the S4 thread.

after frantically waiting on the otg cable it arrives early and I hook it up and set the phone to usb media device and USB audio recorder pro does not see the CLAS. I search and download some apps to try and solve the usb host issue I am having and the fix doesn't work. I remember that I was able to get the CLAS to show up in usb audio recorder pro with the normal mini to micro connection, so I tried that again. Success for some reason. I am not complaining but it is working against everything I have read...  Now to listen and enjoy as everything slowly burns in.
