After a lot of emails with UM, they eventually agreed. As far as I know, they don't offer a universal version normally.

The old demo version sounds crap apparently, but they new one sounds epic!

Is it cheaper than normal? Will they even make any more demo sets for customers?

It's normal price and I'm not sure, maybe. But you will have to do a lot of talking.

Originally, I ordered a custom, but didn't like the custom fit so I got it shelled into a universal.

O.O I'm reconsidering getting CIEMs haha maybe I'll just get a demo version both for convenience and at least I can sell it at a higher price than a CIEM if I realise I don't like the sound sig

A lot of people find customs better than universals, but I don't think that's the case. BTW, the UM Miracle demo is better than the FAD FI-BA-SS and K3003 (IMO of course) and man, the bass becomes incredible, almost Audeze level with a Toxic Cables Silver Poison cable.

Haha yes when I tried the miracle demo and k3003 at the same time I really loved the wider soundstage and wider spread of instruments. I wanted more sparkle in the high end though. Well I guess since it's technically a custom, it's possible to ask for more treble emphasis. Btw how much did you pay for your miracles?

Paid the normal price - $980 AUD. And no, you can't tune the CIEM unless it's a Ultimate Ears PRM where you can tune the sound to your liking.

Really? I heard on another thread that some reviewer asked for his CIEM to have more bass. Don't really remember who though. And I just got a reply from stereo Singapore. If you're in Singapore looking for a universal version of UM's CIEMs, you're in luck. Universal CIEM is available for ordering when buying from stereo. Not too sure whether the universal option will tempt me though cos at that price id rather get a custom

Are you sure it's not UM's 3DD? Last time I asked UM doesn't offer the universals for sale. I actually like the universal Miracle better than the custom one. From memory, it sounds better but take this with a grain of salt because it was 3 months ago.

Anyway, where is everyone?

You can see the drivers in this pic.

The miracles are three TWFK drivers in a three way crossover are they not? The miracles sound a bit too rounded on the treble. As in there is a literal sensation of roundedness when I demoed them. Thus I interpret it as the damping of some Hugh frequencies that I really kike

I don't think they are triple TWFK. Not for bass for sure.
