^ Don't think you can get those logjams much cheaper than their new prices now tbh. Cuz even an aftermarket hard leather carrying case hits you like around $20 to $30 these days. And you get one of those for free with them so..... 
 
I doubt someone will sell them for like $30, if so i'll be the 1st mofo to buy it up that's fo' sho.

No one cares about the case on a used item. They'll be on theivesbay in 6 months for 30 bucks after the little boom fizzles out and the last clearance stock gets bought up. The teac should have taught you that

^ Welp onlythat ONE dood is classy even to return them AFTER he mess up modding them. The rest of the gias in that thread are class acts meng, only that one fool messed it up for everyone. I am sure if they modded them they will state it. But i doubt anyone that posted there will sell them if they like it that much. I for one will never sell my set, cuz the shipping cost alone is already a deal breaker and they sound amazing which makes it an even more stupid idea to resell these.
 
Not like they cost like $100s and i need to get back my investment bad. It's like $60 damn dollars for a set of cans that punches all the way up to the $300 league meng. C'mon now.

Those TEACs are worth about $30 these days tbh, their built is utter schiit and their stock tips is problematic for most people so.... plus they don't bests the old Sony XBA-3s which have went as low as $50 used like-new and those are built like tanks unlike the schiit built on those TEACs.

These TEACs are dated and it shows in their design, their sound is amazing but got some serious flaws as well, which can be a deal breaker for most. I am ok with it though.

You really need to pop of the paper filters on those Teacs, and clean out the globs of glue holding them on. Build quality I find no better nor worse than the Slammhammer or BayerAspirin offerings in the same league.

I think mine are end of their break in period. The resolution has spread through the entire spectrum. The highs and mids now have a more realistic presence. The bass was a bit sloppy for some time but now has definition. The spike at about 250 hz has tapered off and more in line. I was happy with these from the start but they have really bloomed into a great portable. I don't need to read head fi anymore. Well at least until the next gen CNT!

I should probably explain more lol.
 
I mean in terms of that spacious, effortless holographic sound of the 1plus2, but with the overall effortlessness of the K3003's presentation. I'd take vocals on the KC06 over both of those any day of the week/month/year/millenium.
 
There's been a favorite song of mine that only the 1plus2 has been able to do justice to for a long time. Once I heard the KC06, I knew it was the one:
 
 
 
 
 
Go ahead and fire that up with the KC06, listening to the vocals and the beautiful decay of the cymbals. The KC06 has just enough bite in the treble to make the song come off perfectly. What's even more killer is that I find the midrange on the KC06 to be superior to the 1p2 (from memory, of course). It's tonally perfect. Perfect.
 
I'm waiting for new toy syndrome to lapse, but I think this is easily the best bargain in IEM land.
