Wow everything from Abbot and Costello (used to watch them every Sunday morning at 6) to Z-man. What more could you ask.

Well before you answer let me just throw in (or under the bus if you prefer) The venerable and soon to be industry standard Hardon/Kino-Geräte K812 with it's "Oversized" (we take our marketing hype from the golf world) 52mm driver.

Still not convinced. Well act now and receive the incredible biography "I was a teenage M50 addict"  Hear for the first time the true story of youth gone awry at the hands of an economically priced headphone that seduced with promises of grandeur. Watch as our hero is bewitched by the mere thought of joining an elite summit fi circle for bargain basement prices. Witness the devastating fall as illusions are shattered and our broken protagonist pieces together the fragmented remains of his amp.

Want more???????? Act now and recieve admission into the exclusive world of the HypeMiesters Club. Admission will allow you access to a specific and secret database of buzzwords and their proper usage in order to bewitch even the most skeptical audio enthusiast. Learn how to manipulate audioids into "riding the wave" forming virtual clans of supporters just like you who think exactly like you do. Learn how to rally support for Teutonic grreatness in audio, and combat the yellow peril from the east. Armies of followers are waiting for you as we speak

Hutnicks you've got me nostalgic HYPED for an episode or two of CBC's Switchback, if only i could find it. At least it was on out west here anyhow. Maybe a rerun of SCTV ,the Julia Child vs Mr. Rogers boxing bout, or their Monster Chiller Horror Theatre's Cabbages From Outer Space feat. John Candy as Zontar. Intermission by Woody Tobias Jr.

Seriously, I hate it when people make assenine comments just to hear themselves talk. How about someone telling me a headphone for $100 or less that can touch these?

BTW, when I ask for someone to tell me a headphone for < $100  that can touch these...I mean:

Tell me a headphone for < $100 that can touch these for shear fun and listening enjoyment. (And spare me the audiophile crap please. After 20 years of chasing the audiophile dream I discovered that the very best pro studio equipment will flat out embarrass anything in the audiophile world under 100k).

I don't understand why everyone keeps raving about these and ignoring the fact they are plagued with balance problems that make them virtually useless. Sure they sound good but what good are they if every time you take them out you don't know if they will work for 5 minutes or an hour before one of the channels cuts out and you have a useless piece of wire/crap hanging around your neck? It really pisses me off that this thread continues to mislead people when this appears to be a fundamental design flaw (at least when used with the iPhone).

The higher the hype the uglier the fall i guess. Kinda feel for the dood.

That, of course, would be the much reviled, and yet now highly touted as end game Abismo's.

Act now, supplies are running out.

Gotta go, new issue of Hipster Chronicles manga just hit the shelves.
