I know that's a common question, but with a maximum of 300€ what's the best?

Kind of depends what you want really, I mean at that price you could easily get a digital audio player like the iBasso DX50 or Fiio X3 but if you want more power then I would look into the JDS Labs C5 which is highly recommended.

To get some proper helpful answers you really need to provide more info... People use different headphones/iems, hear differently/have differing sound sig tastes, listen to different types of music and desire/require certain features.

If you don't know or have any earphones yet,... at around that price I'd probably be looking at the Lear FSM02-V2, it covers a lot of bases, and is  op-amp rollable (all amp sections) see http://www.head-fi.org/t/585786/multi-portable-amp-thread-16-amps-reviewed-leckerton-uha-6s-mkii-added and Swimmsonys review here- http://www.inearspace.co.uk/inearspace/Lear_FSM-2_V2.html

Since that review they have also introduced a new tunable (op-amp rollable) output module (see- http://www.head-fi.org/t/666189/share-of-the-lear-fsm-02v2-new-coming-module)
