Best headphones on a budget?

Hi,

I have a budget of about £70 (might be able to go slightly higher, but preferably not).

What are the best full sized headphones I can get at this price point? I will be using them whenever I'm at my computer for films, music and games. I have IEMs that I use on public transport, so I don't think isolation is too important for these as they're exclusively for home use.

Thanks

Gemini HSR-1000 (Takstar Pro 80) closed headphones, sells in the USA for $50 on eBay.

I found them for $50 on ebay. How do I know that they will be real though, as they seem a lot cheaper than the RRP, and the cheapest I can get them for from the uk is £69, whereas the ebay listing is equivalent to about £35 ( I can still buy from the US, but it just seems to cheap to be legitimate, although the seller does have a very good rating).

Also are the Gemini and the Takstar headphones the same things, but with different housing for the electronics?

If you don't mind on ears, the Noontec Zoro is a good choice and around $60.

I've never used on ears much before. What are the drawbacks of on ear headphones?

Mostly they are a bit more uncomfortable than over ear headphones because they sit on and put pressure on your ear.

I think I'll give them a try. I'm going to order now.

Thank you for your help.
