JVC HA-S500 Paint Job (First DIY experience)

Well, i kind of but not really sort of succeeded in my first DIY experience. I did make some minor errors here and there, so try to learn from my mistakes. Nevertheless, it was fun. No regrets :D.

Materials used:

1 Blue spray paint.

A heck load of papers and tissues.

A newspaper.

Patience .

THINGS YOU SHOULD KEEP IN MIND

Try not to rush things, take your time and spray the paint slowly and carefully. Try to be precise and accurate. This needs some time.

More importantly, with a headphone like the S500's, try to use lighter colors. The dark blue i used is not particularly noticeable in poorly lit ares. Try to go for cyan, light blue, white, green. AVOID RED!! It would look terrible with it trust me. Also avoid colors like pink, though i dont know why someone would choose such a girly color for a manly headphone like the S500's.

Oh and also, i painted the cable. It just looks sexier like that.

AGAIN, DON'T RUSH THIS LIKE I DID.

Here are the pics, enjoy:

Remember to put some kind of paper in inside the ear cups. It just makes it safer.

Final result:

Wouldn't the paint flake off of the cushions?
