Working fine yesterday. I turned it on today and nothing, no light, no sound... Support request sent to Shiit.

Time to say hello to 5-year warranty!

Shiit has some of the best customer service in this industry, I am sure it will be resolved in a timely manner.

I'm so sorry for this but I can't help myself from thinking, 

 

"Heimdall open the Bifrost!" 

 

I'm sure they'll get it worked out.

Just wanted to report that everything's been sorted out by Schiit. Repaired and returned in a matter of a week.

I always appreciate when a company is quick to repair and return and item. There is nothing worse than being without a gear for a prolonged period of time due to a malfunction.

 

Schiit just stepped up a level in my book. Now if we could just do something about that name....
