Help with buying a new mp3 player!

Hy guys!

Currently, I am buying a new mp3 player, and need your advice!

The bank for new mp3 player, is around 120£.

My primary genre, that I will be listening to, is rock!

Then some of the house, techno, dance, rave and pop, music soundtrack (LOTR), and a little opera.

Since, I will be listening to rock most of the time, I would love to have a player, who can produce rich and powerfull low tones,

and sounds good to on the high tones. UI is not important to me. Firmware is not important to me. Size of the drive intended

for storing music is not that much important. Above or equal 2gigs os enough for me, since I will be listening mp3 files...

Appearance of the mp3 player is not significant.

On the site whathifi, I have found some good players, which fall in my bank limits.

So, which one of this would be perfect for me?

Maybe you know some other player, which is better?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Have a nice day!

Regards

Sandisk Sansa Clip Zip 4GB, add Micro-SD memory, 8GB? 16GB? 32GB?

Install the Rockbox firmware, give more setting options for customizing the sound.

I myself switched from the Clip Zip to the Sony E465 because my 49 year old eyes needed a bigger screen.

LOL

I had to choose the theme with the larger font size on my Rockbox Clip+. Definitely wouldn't be able to see it even then without my glasses. smily_headphones1.gif

But yeah. The Clip+ or Clip Zip, with Rockbox, are great choices that put them in the same SQ class as many 100£ mp3 players.
