DX50 Bug List, Wish List Fix - Page 33

Am I the only one thats getting pretty annoyed with the lag from you press a button, until it actually does what you asked it to do?

Consistenly about 1-1½ second of lag when skipping tracks, over two seconds with 24bit files

Not a major dealbreaker, just hugely annoying!

You are not alone, same issue. Many members mentioned it.

I have that lag too.
Then again, HM-901 also lags on control......

+1 it lags, but not very annoying, Fiio X3 has the same problem

Did a little while back, the answer has always been the same. I have to say though compared to those shark companies, I am not going to mention names, they seem to be more responsive. The only issue you get is you have to repeat it quite a few times. wink.gif

does the DX50 charge while transferring data? there's quite a bit of music I'm ptting on there and slow transfer rates tell me it will take about 2 hours (My microsd to usb adapter is dead) and I'm afraid that if it uses it's own juices while transferring, it might run out before I'm done....

I transferred about 50GB via USB cable - battery was fine, so I assume it was charging at the same time

Don't worry it charges as it uses different pins for power.

Have a look at this fella, USB 3.0 if you have a USB 3.0 enabled port. wink.gif

You're welcome, I ordered mine recently and waiting for it, it will allow me to save time transferring files, hate to sit at my PC watching files moving at snail pace, it's like watching paint dry. biggrin.gif

Tell me about it, I'm still waiting for mine :|

on the other note - I updated the firmware from the 1.0 to 1.16 (or whatever the heck it's called) and haven't had any problems...
