I need some headphones that don't push your head with a headband

I have some Beyer DT 770 Manufaktur 650OHM, which i've used for years for listening, producing, gamming.. everything sound related, as I barely use my Adams due neighbours and background noise.

So yeah, I love my headphones but the headband makes my head hurt after hours of use. I would like to minimize the Beyer's usage to only producing, then use earphones or in-ears or whatever, as long as it is extremely comfortable to wear. If they are decent for producing too  it would be a plus. What are some good recomendations? Im using an AK1 to drive them. Thanks

Do you need/want a 2nd pair, or would you be just as satisfied with just getting a cushioned headband cover? (quite cheap on fleabay).

Well, I would like to own a pair of innears, like I said for stuff I don't really need any monitoring quality like youtube videos, or just watching casual stuff. If they are quality enough to produce a bit then it's great too.

But I would also be interested in these cushioned headbands you mention. Let's see how are these?

But in any case, I would like some innears because im also a hairloss freak. I use a lot of topical products to keep my hair, namely topical finasteride, minoxidil, ricin oil, cetirizine... I use these on the daily so I want to avoid headbands as much as possible. Unfortunately my room is small so I can't produce with my ADAM A7's. My ideal setup would be my ADAM A7's and a subpac, but for fine monitoring I need the Beyerdynamics or otherwise I don't know what's going on, I can't interpret reverbs, space in the mix, levels.. much better with my Beyers.

Hopefully someone can chime in with good monitoring IEMs - that's certainly not my area of knowledge.
