Behringer UCA202 USB DAC Output Impedence Too High?

Hi, I have bought the Behringer UCA202 for use with my Sennheiser HD25s but as they have an impedance of just 70ohms compared to the 50ohms output of the DAC will I see a reduction in sound quality?
Thanks

Arguably yes, but if you do not notice any major signs of distortion you are probably fine.

There are two schools of thought regarding output impedance of amps.  If you impedance match you get no signal loss and no reflection, but if the damping factor is too low the bass may appear loose.

The UCA-202 headphone output (unmodded) is not very good sounding. Especially if you try to mate it up with low-impedance headphones.

Recommend getting a cheap low-impedance amplifier to go with it, since the DAC of the UCA-202 already sounds pretty good for the money.
