Can anyone shed some light on the Bose Quietcomfort 20i?

So I've been looking for a nice pair of noise cancelling headphones and came upon the in-ear qc20. I had the chance to test it for about 20 seconds. I have to say I was really impressed by their noise cancelling feature. Unfortunately I did not have enough ear time for test their sound quality so I was wondering if anyone can share their insights on the qc20.

I actually really like em because I can bring em easily to my gym

I tried a friend's, liked but didn't love. The little housing that holds all the noise-cancelling circuitry is pretty long and got in the way a lot. I also couldn't get them far enough into my ears because of the little flange on the top. But I guess that's why you need the noise-cancelling on.

They were surprisingly comfortable. I just can't see spending 200 bucks on them when I've got pairs of $30 phones that sound just as good, at least to me.

I love those.  The sound quality is probably on par with $30~50 earbuds, but noise canceling is much better.  I have a few custom IEMs that block out about the same amount of noise, but no where near as comfortable.  I prefer the loose fit of qc20 much better than deep ear canal insertion.  For serious listening, I still prefer JH16.  But for gym sessions and long plane rides, these are the best.  I just gave away my QC15 after purchasing these.

I am really enjoying them.  I don't think they sound as cheap as lyin116 does but I do see a difference between them and my dt1350s.  They are very comfortable to me and very convenient also, I have not missed my bluetooth headset one bit.

I also love my pair and think they sound better than a $30 pair sound quality wise. But the QC component is what sets these apart.
