Looking for best full headphones around $300

I've been having trouble finding a suitable headset. I'm hesitant choosing because i'm afraid I'll choose the wrong headphones. But I'm very desperate at this point because I haven't had headphones in a while. I mainly listen to alternative hip-hop (instrumental,90s,underground,ect.) Nothing mainstream. I also listen to electronic music (IDM, ambient, chillwave, glitch, ect.) No dubstep. I looking for a high end quality headset that will last me a while. My main criteria is audio quality. I will buy an amp but I won't pay for one more than the headset itself. I have little experience with high end audio equipment.

Hello!

You might want to look into:
AKG K550-Nice timbre, soundstage, neutral, deep sub-bass
PSB M4U1-Awesome timbre, imaging, neutral, instrumental separation, pretty good sub-bass
Sennheiser Momentum-great timbre, slightly boosted bass, darkish, warm and deep sub-bass
UE6000-bassy, Active Nc, dark

Hope it helps!

I'm gonna be weird and suggest DT660. I tried a pair recently and walked away very happy.

If you only listen to hip hop then M-100 would be worth considering. Lots of bass but still very clear, which can't be said for a lot of bassy headphones.
