Cable broken off in CIEM Recessed Socket! Help!

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a safe way to remove the leftovers from my cable from the recessed socket on my Merlins? The cable snapped off this morning and the socket has part of the little plug and one of the pins still in place.

Thanks in advance

Some people have suggested to take it to the jewelers and I would suggest emailing UM as it may be covered under warranty if it is a stock cable.

Thanks. I'll see what UM suggest.

Pictures would help, if there is still parts sticking out you should be able to take it out with tweezers. If its completely stuck in the socket contact UM

But the jewelers may damage the drivers apparently. How did you get it stuck and pics?
