It ain't cheap, but at www.thomas-distributing.com/ip-fc-301.htm
it does 1 or 2 at a time. It is fast charge capable, so it charges one or two Plainviews in 2.5 hours. When it is done charging the batteries, it switches from fast charge to trickle charge, so that it does no harm to the batteries. And one of the charger bays can do a discharge/full charge cycle, which helps keep the maximal charge capacity in the batteries. This charger also does AA and AAA batteries. It sells for $27. It also runs off a wall wart and a four foot cord, so that the charger itself does not have to be plugged into the wall plug. I find it very easy to use and it keeps my batteries charged to their full capacities.

Plainview has 9V chargers specifically made for their battery. I think Tigger at www.Headsave.com sells them.
