If I were to pick a secondary color to matte black I'd say a darkish blue.

I picked blue, but I think a cerulean color is more accurate as to what I envisioned.

Talking about blue, my favorite color is Navy Blue, and I voted again for it.

If black, a matte finish is indeed best.

1st choice would be black then blue after that.

I love the dark red on my Alpha Dogs.  They look super classy.

UK customs now want their pound of flesh, but my ADs are now well within reach, probably less than a week before I get to hear them...

Yup. Really looks good, and I was one of the first "I want black!" Voices.

Matte black it is, then! :)

Tho I voted blue (preferably a brightish medium blue) a matte black (like the TH600) would be my preference after thinking about it.

Despite the obvious concerns about keeping a white headphone white over time, I voted for it. There's too much black, red, and wood in the market right now and I think white wood be a cool option to contrast that.

Ooh...a wood Alpha Dog. That might help quench my desire for an R10. :)

I wonder if that is/was ever a consideration for a Fostex mod.

Ooh.  Hydro dipping in fancy wood grains like burl walnut, birds eye maple or figured maple.

Changed my mind.
