MrSpeakers Alpha Dog Revealed! - The World's First Production 3D-Printed Headphones - Page 108

I am assuming that:

"OegonianMad Lust Envy" is a typo and should be two lines:

Oregonian

Mad Lust Envy

(which is good because I would like to read both of their reviews!)

I'm thinking its a typo as well. biggrin.gif

I'm thrilled to put them through my vintage Pioneer Spec system, giving it all the power it needs. Cannot wait to hear them.........

Thanks Dan........

I've still got my Leckerton UHA-6S MK.II on hand, so I'll use that and the Sansui 5000A with the AD when it reaches me in the tour. I also have an HE-500 coming in the mail soon, so I'll have that and the MD 3.2 for comparison purposes.

Looking forward to it!

Very interesting. Looking for production pair when it is out.

Feels good to be selected, will be putting them through their paces on all sorts of amps such as 150w rms vintage iron, SEX, O2 and portable amps such as Arrow and the Neco Soundlabs V3 18V.

Gentlemen, charge your batteries!

That sounds like a lot of feedback on the hp. I wonder how many people will post full/mini reviews

good thing mad lust envy is going, he'll be able to inform us if indeed the AD has wide soundstage they claim, and is good for gaming.

Can't wait for the upgrade program to begin. I'm anxiously awaiting here with my Mad Dogs in one hand, money in the other and a big ol' grin on my face.

I am just curious if one will prefer the sound of the mad dog over the alpha dog given that their sound are different?

That's what I'm curious about too^

Thank you very much for selecting me for the tour Dan. I'm truly looking forward to hearing the new dogs!

What is Jriver Media Center? And do these new Alpha Dogs sound alike the Mad Dogs?

JRiver Media Center is like a super buff *not bloated, but muscular buff* version of iTunes for audiophiles. XD

Sorry guys, I'm asking Dan to either put me on the back of the line, or remove me from the list, as I simply do not have a capable amp of pushing the AD to decent levels. I don't see me buying a desktop amp anytime soon, but that can change, as I do tend to get impulsive. But I'm strapped for cash atm, and I'm pretty happy with what I have for now. So the review/demo will have to wait.

I would rather wait until I have some decent equipment to push the AD properly before I review it. I think it's only fair. I had a less than optimal first experience with the Mad Dogs the first time (the first pair didn't sit on my head quite right), to the point that I had to re-write my Mad Dog review once Dan sent me the second pair. I don't wanna half ass it with the AD.
